Register now to help shape a new National Standard for Cyber Resilience of Healthcare in Canada!

HealthCareCAN and the CIO Strategy Council are collaborating to develop a new set of National Standards of Canada to support cyber resiliency in Canada’s healthcare system and help address growing cybersecurity threats in the healthcare field. We need your input!

Register now to learn how you can contribute and take part in the development of the new standard alongside healthcare Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and Chief Information and Security Officers (CISOs) from throughout Canada’s five regions.

Input and discussion will occur through two virtual focus group sessions to be held March 9-10, 2022 and will provide healthcare perspective on cybersecurity issues and challenges.

  • Who: Chief Information Officers (CIOs), Chief Information and Security Officers (CISOs), and cybersecurity experts at Canadian healthcare institutions.
  • What: Virtual, moderated focus group discussions on cybersecurity challenges in Canadian healthcare
  • When: English focus group, 1:00 p.m. ET, March 9, 2022  |  French focus group, 1:00 p.m. ET, March 10, 2022
  • Why: To provide input on a new set of pan-Canadian standards to support cyber resiliency in Canada’s healthcare system.
